What is Passive Income or Residual Income ?

Passive Income: A Passive income is one that can be generated (without having to do the work) as this is what Passive means (Inactive) In this business this is partially true. A passive income opportunity does not require you to recruit or signup members to make money. Like a MLM or Network marketing program does. Many programs don't require this. But there are no programs that don't require your time. Even with investment type programs, you will still need to follow what you money is doing. Passive opportunity's still require constant monitoring.

Residual Income: Residual income is an ongoing income. This can be weekly, monthly etc. Creating residual income can be a reliable way to great wealth and security. Some programs can retain residual income much better than others. To do this with any program, there is much more up front work and time and money that needs to be put into this.
